The new-retained donor lifecycle segment experienced the weakest performance YoY performance in donor count growth. This segment accounts for the smallest percentage of total donors at 8.1%.
New donor growth was the second weakest category. However, the decline of -5.3% is much lower than the -10.2% decline observed up to Q3 2025, suggesting end-of-year fundraising attracted a relatively high number of new donors compared to the rest of the year.
