  • Retention rates have performed more poorly within donor-size segments than at the topline. This is because micro donors, who have the lowest retention rates, now represent a slightly smaller share of the donor base. As lower-retention groups shrink, the overall retention figure can appear more favorable, obscuring underlying deterioration within segments.
  • Unadjusted for late data, retention rates declined across all donor segments except Supersize donors.
